Here is a pull start (aka recoil scooter pull start) that is compatible with most Chinese made gas scooters.

While the 49cc pull start is the most common application of this model pull starter, it is also compatible with engine sizes 33cc, 36cc, 43cc, 49cc, and 52cc.

The distance between bolt holes is 67 mm, and if your pull start fits those dimensions and looks like the one pictured, this is the scooter pull starter for your model. There may be sight variations in handle styles.
